How it works: From your first message to the final product, here’s how we bring your project to life:

  • Get in touch!

    We will arrange to visit your property to give you a realistic and expert analysis of your project and what steps need to be taken, without the need to commit. We have a close network of trusted partners so if an architect is needed, electrics need reviewing or plumbing is required, we can make introductions and coordinate obtaining the necessary meetings.

  • Quote

    Once we have your plans, we put together a realistic quote that covers all aspects of the scope of work. Our expert, Alex, will talk you through the quote, covering any uncertainties and answering your queries.

  • Approval

    You give us the go ahead and we get the ball rolling! At this stage, we will request a deposit to confirm the project and schedule a time for work to begin. Don’t panic if you change your mind on some aspects, we can update your quote along the way.

  • Work begins!

    For the duration of the work, our friendly client relations manager will update you regularly along the way with photos of the project.

  • The project is complete!

    At the end of the work, your property will be delivered to you, clear and clean. Alex will walk you through your property to sign off all the requirements and to ensure that you’re satisfied.
